Focus Insurance is an independent insurance agency licensed in Missouri and Illinois. We provide coverage reviews, quotes, and placement services for homeowners insurance. Coverage is subject to underwriting approval by third-party carriers.
TCPA Consent

Submitting information does not bind coverage. All quotes are estimates and subject to carrier underwriting. Coverage is only in force after issuance of a policy and payment of premium.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Focus Insurance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Site.
Binding Arbitration & Class Action Waiver
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall take place in St. Louis County, Missouri. You and Focus Insurance agree that each may bring claims only in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding. If a court finds this class waiver unenforceable, the entire arbitration clause shall be void.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
